Dave Tosh (OBE) is a licensed Insights Discovery practitioner, executive coach, and facilitator. He actively brings his experience and knowledge when working with people at all levels within organisations. Dave has coached up to and including senior leaders in the public, private and third sectors.

Dawn is one of our key associates and we would have her as part of our delivery team wherever possible. Roles within the retail, housing and charity sectors have allowed him to develop vital skills in customer service, project management, communications, and digital design.
Phil has created apps, games, and websites, and taught digital skills, including ECDL, to a variety of learners. He is currently working towards an ilm Level 7 in Leadership and Management.
He is an experienced Partnership Manager and has led on local, regional and national programmes within the early years literacy and educational space.
