At Leaderful Action, we recognise the important role organisations play in addressing climate change. We are committed to reducing the environmental impact of our operations and achieving net zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050.
Our Carbon Reduction Plan sets out our baseline emissions, the steps we are taking to reduce our carbon footprint, and our commitment to continually improving our environmental performance as we grow. We will review and update the plan annually to monitor our progress and identify further opportunities to reduce emissions.

Dawn is one of our key associates and we would have her as part of our delivery team wherever possible. Phil has created apps, games, and websites, and taught digital skills, including ECDL, to a variety of learners. He is currently working towards an ilm Level 7 in Leadership and Management.
