Once you've purchased a course, you'll receive an email with everything you need to get started. Simply log in to your account and begin learning whenever you're ready.

How long will I have access to my course?

The access period is shown on each course page before you purchase, so you'll know exactly how long you'll have to complete your learning.

Can I buy courses for my team or organisation?

Absolutely. Our online courses can be purchased for teams and organisations. If you're looking to provide learning for multiple people, please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

What is your refund policy?

You may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if you haven't accessed any course content. Once you've started a course or downloaded materials, refunds are not available. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions below for full details.
