What you can expect from us
We bring experienced, evidence-informed L&D and organisational development expertise, alongside a genuine understanding of what it is like to work within an organisation: competing priorities, limited capacity, stakeholders to involve and a need to make progress.
A practical, honest partnership
We will listen carefully, ask useful questions and offer thoughtful challenge where it is needed. Our aim is not to impose a pre-set solution, but to help you find an approach that will work in your context.
Expertise that adds value
We bring current evidence, specialist knowledge and experience across leadership, learning, change and culture — helping you make informed decisions and avoid spending time or budget on activity that will not make a meaningful difference.
Support that fits your needs
Whether you need a one-day review, a sounding board for your team or support over a longer period, we work flexibly around the level of input that will be most useful. We are there to strengthen your capacity, not to create dependency.

Our consultancy packages
Our consultancy packages give you a clear, upfront investment and a level of support that matches your priorities. Whether you need focused expert input, capacity for a defined project or a strategic partner over time, we will agree how to use the days in the way that creates the most value for your organisation.
Whichever package you choose, you can expect the same thoughtful partnership, high-quality expertise and attention to your organisation’s needs. The difference is simply the amount of time available for us to work together and the scale of what we can achieve.
Your scoping and debrief meetings are included at no extra cost, so your consultancy time is used entirely for the work that will make a difference.

Frequently asked questions
When should we consider consultancy?
Consultancy is most useful when you have an important people, learning, leadership, culture or change priority but need additional expertise, capacity or an external perspective to move it forward. You may have a clear brief already, or simply know that something needs to improve. We can help you clarify the issue and identify the most useful next steps.
Shouldn’t we just do this in-house?
Where you have the capacity and expertise, much of this work can and should be led in-house. But not every organisation has dedicated L&D, HR or OD specialists — and even established teams cannot be expected to hold every skill, insight and experience needed for every priority.
We can provide extra hands when several important pieces of work are competing for attention; guide people who are new to an L&D role or who have moved into it from a technical background; bring specialist expertise to an unfamiliar process; or offer a fresh, independent perspective on an existing approach.
Our role is to support where needed and to add to what you already have: helping your people move forward with greater clarity, confidence and capability.
How will you work with our internal team?
That depends on what will add the most value. We can work alongside your L&D, HR, OD or leadership team to develop their thinking and capability; lead a defined piece of work; or combine both approaches. Your people bring crucial organisational insight, while we bring specialist expertise and an external perspective.
If you do not have internal L&D, HR or OD capacity, we can act as an extension of your organisation: liaising with leaders and staff, gathering insight, making recommendations and leading the work needed to move it forward.

How do we choose the right package?
We will discuss the outcome you are looking for, the scale of the work and how much involvement or support you need from us. We can then recommend the level of consultancy time most likely to give you the right balance of insight, engagement, design and implementation support.
How much time will you need from our people?
We will keep demands on your team proportionate and agree this upfront. Some projects need only a small number of focused conversations and document reviews; others benefit from wider stakeholder input, workshops or co-design sessions. We will be clear about what is needed and why.
How will we know the work has made a difference?
We begin by agreeing what success would look like and use this to guide the work. This may include clearer priorities, stronger capability, better-quality resources, greater confidence within your team, improved engagement or progress against a specific organisational goal. We will review the work with you and identify practical next steps to sustain the impact.
What will we receive at the end of the consultancy?
We will agree the intended outputs at the start. Depending on the work, these might include a diagnostic summary, evidence-informed recommendations, a strategy or roadmap, practical resources, a framework, a designed approach or a plan for implementation. We focus on creating outputs that are useful, clear and ready to take forward.
