Receive a link to and complete an online assessment - 25 questions. This is then automatically analysed by Insights.
Receive your individualised electronic report which takes your responses and highlights your preferences
Meet your Insights Coach for a 1:1 debrief or attend a team development session with an Insights Facilitator
Read and digest your Insights profile, identifying the areas you want to impact and the strengths you want to enhance
Meet with your accredited Insights Coach to explore your profile, who will help you to understand your preferences
Your coach will help you develop ways to build on your strengths and to authentically adapt your approach
Receive a personalised Insights team wheel which allows you to identify team behaviours, strengths and gaps.
Attend an Introduction to Insights workshop, delivered by an accredited Insights Facilitator
Your Insights Facilitator can provide follow on workshops which help you and your team take Insights to the next level
Explore how leadership capabilities are impacted by preferences and how you can use your strengths as a leader
Introduces eight dimensions of leadership underpinned by four manifestations, to provide balance
