A space that works for you

The Leaderful Action office space offers versatile layouts for meetings, training sessions, coworking, networking or informal gatherings.

The room has a bright and urban design, with natural light, and an energising atmosphere. 

Please note: The learning space is on the first floor and there is NO step-free access to the building. This room is not suitable for attendees who would need a lift.

Rates

We offer flexible, transparent pricing: 
Per Hour - £15 +VAT
Half Day (up to 4 hours) - £60 +VAT
Full Day (up to 8 hours) - £100 +VAT
Add Flipchart and Pens for £5*
*Reasonable use of paper and pens. If you'll need a large quantity, we're happy to discuss options.
All rates include refreshments and set up!
Discounts available for repeat bookings, charities and partners
Evenings & weekend bookings can be accommodated on request

What types of events is the space suitable for?

The Leaderful Action Learning Space is ideal for meetings, workshops, training sessions, coaching, networking events, interviews and small team away days. If you're unsure whether it's suitable for your event, just get in touch.

How many people can the space accommodate?

Our learning space comfortably accommodates up to 12 people. If you'd like to discuss room layouts or whether the space is suitable for your event, we'd be happy to help.

Can I view the space before booking?

Yes. If you'd like to see the space before making a booking, get in touch and we'll be happy to arrange a viewing at a convenient time.

Can I book evenings or weekends?

Yes. Evening and weekend bookings may be available on request. Please get in touch to discuss your preferred date and time.

How do I book the space?

Complete our enquiry form and we'll get in touch to discuss your requirements, confirm availability and guide you through the booking process.

Will the room be set up before we arrive?

Yes. We'll prepare the room before your arrival based on your requirements. During the booking process, we'll discuss how you'd like the space arranged, and we'll configure the tables and chairs to create a layout that best suits your meeting, workshop or event.

Is Wi-Fi and presentation equipment included?

Yes. Every booking includes access to superfast Wi-Fi, a 50" screen with HDMI/USB-C connections and a whiteboard. Flipcharts are also available as an optional extra.

Can I bring my own refreshments?

Tea and coffee are included with every booking. If you'd like to bring your own refreshments or arrange external catering, that's absolutely fine. A small fridge is also available if you need to keep food or drinks refrigerated.
