Learning at Work Week 2025
At Leaderful Action, we believe learning should be meaningful, energising and accessible to everyone – and Learning at Work Week was the perfect time to celebrate exactly that.
Last year’s theme was “Get Connected”, and we pulled together a week of activities, resources and events designed to help people connect ideas, people and learning across their organisation. Whether participants were seasoned learning champions or just starting to build a learning culture in their workplace, there was something for everyone.
60 Second Skills Series
At Leaderful Action, we believe that everyone has skills and strengths worth sharing – and that when we learn from each other, everyone grows. As part of last year’s Learning at Work Week, we launched our brand-new 60 Second Skills Series to celebrate exactly that.
This was more than a campaign. It was a celebration of social learning – the power of learning through and with others. From time-saving tricks and confidence-boosting tips to tech shortcuts and wellbeing wins, the series highlighted the idea that we all have something valuable to offer. Because the best learning doesn’t come from one voice – it comes from many.
We kicked things off with a few 60-second skills videos from our own team, and you can watch the videos here.
Free Bite-Size Learning for Busy People
Last year, to support Learning at Work Week, we offered three free, high-impact webinars — each just 30 minutes long — exploring the theme of “Get Connected.”

Dave Tosh
Dave Tosh (OBE) is a licensed Insights Discovery practitioner, executive coach, and facilitator. He actively brings his experience and knowledge when working with people at all levels within organisations. Dave has coached up to and including senior leaders in the public, private and third sectors.
Dave has over 40 years working experience in the public sector, private sector and the armed forces and recently retired as Director of Resources for the Welsh Parliament (Senedd). In 2022, Dave became a recipient of an OBE for Parliamentary and Public Service.

Natalie is an experienced Learning and Development Professional, who specialises in developing leaders and finding ways to make learning fit for purpose, flexible and (dare we say it) fun! Dawn is one of our key associates and we would have her as part of our delivery team wherever possible. She is a joy to work with and our learners feel the same way – in fact they have nothing but positive things to say about her. Dawn’s engaging energy is there in her face to face delivery and her online webinars. She is something of an online master, managing learners through all kinds of topics, in her clear and optimistic way.

Roles within the retail, housing and charity sectors have allowed him to develop vital skills in customer service, project management, communications, and digital design.
Phil has created apps, games, and websites, and taught digital skills, including ECDL, to a variety of learners. He is currently working towards an ilm Level 7 in Leadership and Management.
He is an experienced Partnership Manager and has led on local, regional and national programmes within the early years literacy and educational space.
