Dave Tosh (OBE) is a licensed Insights Discovery practitioner, executive coach, and facilitator. He actively brings his experience and knowledge when working with people at all levels within organisations. Dave has coached up to and including senior leaders in the public, private and third sectors.

Dave has over 40 years working experience in the public sector, private sector and the armed forces and recently retired as Director of Resources for the Welsh Parliament (Senedd). In 2022, Dave became a recipient of an OBE for Parliamentary and Public Service.

Natalie is an experienced Learning and Development Professional, who specialises in developing leaders and finding ways to make learning fit for purpose, flexible and (dare we say it) fun! ​Natalie has a natural thirst for learning which has led her to continuously develop her skills in Coaching and Action Learning, learning and development approaches, employee engagement and strategic leadership over the course of her career.  She has hands-on experience of leading remote and hybrid teams and has extensive understanding and skills in creating digital, face-to-face and blended learning solutions.​ Natalie is a strong advocate for coaching at all levels and strives to support others to reach their potential through building strong, open and effective coaching relationships. 

Allison is an energetic and visionary leader who is driven by a keen sense of service. Her purpose is to make a positive difference to people and communities through developing confident, courageous and trusted leaders and organisations. She works at the most senior levels as a trusted partner who appreciates the complexity of the environment but never loses sight of the outcomes. Her collaborative and agile approach enables her to find ways forward with others; enjoying the diversity and collective intelligence that others bring to problem-solving and trusting them to lead parts of the solution. She is a strategic and systemic thinking who is skilled at ‘joining the dots’, drawing on and influencing a broad network of leaders.  ​

She brings knowledge, expertise and energy to strategic workforce planning, succession planning, talent management, change leadership, performance management and leadership development. She can scope and craft sophisticated OD and HR solutions that support culture change and transformation and has done so for clients such as the Senedd (Welsh Parliament), Gwent Police, Care Inspectorate Wales and Welsh local authorities. As a highly skilled and adaptive leader Allison utilises many roles to get results – OD and change consultant, strategic partner, critical friend, executive and systemic team coach, facilitator and people expert. She is proud of the achievements of Leaderful Action, who have delivered outcomes on so many significant contracts – punching above its weight when comparing size with impact.  ​

Allison likes to stretch and challenge herself and others, but couples this with support and an all-round positive regard for those she works with. She knows that leadership alone can’t solve everything, but she believes that when leaders work together towards a shared purpose with the right values then great things can happen. She brings this belief to the people and organisations she works with.

She is committed to developing the next generations of leaders, especially
female leaders, and has become a bit of an accidental expert in this area –
she reminds herself of this when her two strong-minded
teenage daughters keep her on her toes! 

Dawn is one of our key associates and we would have her as part of our delivery team wherever possible. She is a joy to work with and our learners feel the same way – in fact they have nothing but positive things to say about her. Dawn’s engaging energy is there in her face to face delivery and her online webinars. She especially enjoys seeing line managers thrive in their roles as they apply the practical tools and techniques from her learning sessions. She is something of an online master, managing learners through all kinds of topics, in her clear and optimistic way. She is also a qualified executive coach, adept at turning her hand to developing individuals as well as groups.  Dawn has been a key part of our team since 2017, working with Leaderful Action on large scales, long term projects. Dawn is so committed to delivering for our clients and so involved in what we do, that we often forget that she isn’t a full-time member of our team.

We started working with Bethan in 2018 and already she is an integral part of our team. She has a long career in senior and strategic positions within HR so brings heaps of leadership and people experience to the work she does. Bethan is very versatile and loves the variety of work she is able to do with us. For every new project or learning group she is able tune in to their needs and adapt her approach, with an enthusiasm that is infectious. ​Bethan can shift seamlessly between working with senior leaders to first line managers, and has a wealth of ideas for all situations. Her adaptability applies to languages as well – she is bi-lingual in Welsh and English and can facilitate or coach in either. She may be flexible but she’s not afraid to call a spade a spade and her honesty is appreciated by us and her learners alike. ​Bethan is committed to a long and prosperous career in learning and development and has an enviable CPD record to prove it. Manjula is a highly motivated business psychologist and executive/career coach with a successful track record of achievement since 2002. She has solid experience in recruitment, selection and assessment backed by sound generalist HR experience. Manjula communicates credibly and effectively at all levels to achieve high quality bespoke results to enhance people performance at an individual and organisational level. She has been an independent consultant and associate working in partnership in a range of sectors organisations (SMEs to multinational) delivering business solutions including leadership/management development, psychometric testing and assessment /development centres. Until March 2012, Manjula held public position of Independent / Lay Member with the Judicial Appointments Commission and Welsh Government under OCPA guidance. She currently sits as a voluntary board member for the Ethics & Discrimination Complaints QA Panels with Gwent Police and The No Fit State Community circus and is the co-founder of the Wales Coaching Community

Sian has worked within the Health and Social Care field for 17 years, dedicating most of her career to the substance misuse sector. She has worked as a leader and a manager for 11 years having significant experience in change management, transforming culture, nurturing new leaders, supervision skills and tender writing.Outside of her working life, Sian is passionate about food. She can be found cooking up a storm trying new recipes in her kitchen or out in nature foraging for ingredients. She also enjoys lifting weights and spending time with feline friends.

Nina is an experienced leadership trainer, coach, mentor and facilitator. She draws on over 22 years’ experience in a broad range of diverse sectors and specialises in creating purposeful learning solutions that enhances the performance of leaders and improves employee engagement.  Nina develops and maintains strong working relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers; these relationships ensure that business strategies succeed so employees feel “Valued, Supported and Engaged”.​

Marcus has extensive experience of designing, delivering, assessing and internally verifying a wide range of accredited and non-accredited training programmes and workshops across all levels, including ilm qualifications. Marcus has an open, warm and relaxed style of delivery with an excellent knowledge of learning theories, application and assessment. He is an internal verifier for Investors in People and an NLP Practitioner. ​Marcus is a Chartered member of the CIPD (MCIPD)

Ian is a warm, focused individual who brings years of senior leadership experience, including his most recent role as the Group HR & Strategy Director with one of the largest private companies in the UK, with a workforce of over 7,000 colleagues
and a turnover in excess of £1 billion per annum.

During his tenure as a HR leader, he played a key role in developing the company’s leadership programmes, including establishing training capability and integrating leadership tools and techniques across the business. He has a keen interest in building a more conscious and authentic style of leadership through
the principle of developing greater self-awareness. As part of this programme,
he also successfully completed a ‘train the trainer’ programme with a world-renowned leadership consultancy who strengthen the purposes and
performances of leaders, teams and organisations.

Ian also has experience of leading business and people transformation programmes including organisational re-design. He has a passion for developing and implementing responsible business initiatives that align to an organisation’s vision, strategy and values, in building great workplace cultures where leaders
role model psychological safety in creating the right climate,
attitudes and behaviours in teams.

Outside of work he still enjoys playing the drums in a band that never made it(!), as well as cooking and travel in different cultures and new places.

Helena is a versatile and friendly e-learning expert, who regularly sprinkles here technical magic over our ideas and materials. She has been designing and delivering top quality digital learning solutions to clients across a wide variety of sectors and subject matter for more than a decade. Helena has the rare combination of digital expertise and knowing her stuff when it comes to leadership and learning - she cut her teeth in the in-house learning and development team of a major high street bank. She held a number of roles here, which included coaching leaders on personal effectiveness and leadership skills (one-to-one and in group settings), running talent development programmes, and managing an operations team.

Whatever the project, Helena’s starting point is always the learner. What’s relevant to them and what do they need to change? Her passion is for delivering outcome-focused solutions that are fresh and engaging. She does this through close collaboration with clients, questioning and listening to really get to the heart of the matter. Helena lives by the sea and has great taste in interior design. Our virtual meetings regularly bring about a feeling of house envy in the rest of the team!
