Programmes
We offer a range of accredited and non-accredited programmes. As an approved ilm centre, we have years of experience in designing and delivering Level 5 and Level 7 qualifications in Leadership and Management, and Coaching and Mentoring. ​

eModules
We know that it's hard to find time to fit in professional development, so we have developed a suite of interactive, engaging eModules on a range of leadership and management topics that provide you with the basics in under 45 minutes!

We use these modules on our programmes to provide the theory and fundamental learning which we build on in the session. Each eModule comes with an accompanying reflective journal that helps you to reflect on the information and set yourself actions.

Open Courses
Booking a space on one of our open courses is a great option if you want to learn with people from different organisations and sectors. Our open programmes attract learners from a wide range of companies, including local authorities, global businesses and third sector charities.
​
It's also perfect for organisations who have a small amount of people with a particular need, where buying an inhouse programme wouldn't be cost effective. We also offer multiple booking discounts when you book four or more spaces on the same programme.

Our half-day masterclass sessions provide a brief, but strong introduction to key leadership topics.
