What we do

Profiling

Our team are accredited to administer:

There is much to be gained from the use of profiling. Nonetheless, it is essential that results should be followed up appropriately to allow an individual to improve performance as a result of the feedback and to explore, and understand the key outcomes of the profile.

We would typically consult with clients to diagnose which tool would be most suitable to achieve the objectives and utilise the collated data to deliver development solutions.

These profiles can be used on individuals and entire teams. These would either be delivered as stand-alone workshops, as part of our Leadership Development programmes or Dynamic Team Build Events.

Emotional Intelligence - EQ-i2

This assessment creates an in depth report of your current levels of Emotional Intelligence (EI); a qualified EI coach will give you feedback to enable you to understand this report in more detail and identify how to build on your EI capability.

Unlike IQ our levels of EI can change. With self-awareness and focus we are able to develop our EI further. We can use this to support higher levels of effectiveness both in work and in our personal life. EI underpins our ability to build mutually positive interpersonal relationships, to express ourselves, be more effective at decision making, handle pressure and improve not only our self-perception but the perception others have of us.

Insights Discovery®

Based on the work of psychologists Jung and Jacobi this profile provides a fun and focussed way of understanding your unique perceptions and preferences and those of others. It helps you to understand your  psychological preferences which underpins how you  interact with others and the response you get.  Use this to build your self-awareness and leadership skills.

MTQ48

Mental Toughness describes the mind-set that every person adopts in everything they do. Mental toughness looks at how we think which is a key driver for the development of behaviour and attributes.

This diagnostic measures four 'Cs' - Control, Commitment, Challenge and Confidence.

Belbin (SPI)

The value of this Self Perception Inventory lies in enabling a team to have an awareness of the team role of each individual member. A team role as defined by Dr Meredith Belbin is a ‘tendency to behave, contribute and interrelate with others in a particular way’.

The team knows how to use each team member most effectively and how to bring the best out in that individual. The individual has an increased awareness of the strength they contribute to a team and an understanding of their ‘allowable weaknesses’. Belbin theory helps the team to understand what specific behaviours will support collaboration and high performance.

Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)

This is the most widely used personality questionnaire that helps to identify personality preferences. It’s these preferences that can sometimes be the basis of misunderstandings and miscommunication between people.

It is also one of the most useful psychometric for raising levels of personal self-awareness about leadership styles and preferences.

Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI)

Manage Conflict & Improve Relationships

The SDI® (Strength Deployment Inventory®) is a proven, memorable tool for improving team effectiveness and reducing the costs of conflict. It is the flagship learning resource of a suite of development tools based on Relationship Awareness — a learning model for effectively and accurately understanding the motive behind behaviour. When people discover the unique motivation of themselves and others, they greatly enhance their ability to communicate more effectively and handle personal and interpersonal conflict more productively.

The 16PF

With over 50 years of research and application behind it, the 16PF has become internationally well known and respected.

The OPQ

Is a personality test which measures aspects of behaviour that are crucial to performance potential, which cannot easily be identified by other techniques, such as reading CVs and interviewing.

The OPQ provides a clear, simple framework for understanding the impact of personality on job performance.
