Suzanne Price-Williams





Suzanne has over 15 years’ experience in Leaning and Development. She has extensive experience in design and delivery in both the public and private sectors and in a wide range of development areas. Her key skill areas include training needs analysis, personal development plans and developing competency frameworks.
Suzanne’s has worked with a large plc which provided recruitment services for medical professionals.  As part of this role, she gained experience as Quality and Training Manager before moving to a role as Head of Training and Development. Her responsibilities included producing and implementing a Training and Development Strategy for the Personnel Division, developing a core competency matrix to ensure personal development opportunities were linked to business objectives. 

She has been involved in various assessment based initiatives to identify existing and future business leaders.
