Emily is an experienced occupational psychologist able to offer developmental support in areas such as stress management, conflict management, vocational guidance, transferrable skills analysis and 3600 feedback. She helps facilitate team performance solutions where in depth psychometric profiling is part of the development process.

Emily is specialising in the identification of individual strengths and areas for development, vocational guidance and transferable skills analysis as well as personality profiles as a tool to develop more effective leadership and team skills. She is also a Work Life balance champion working closely with managers to identify self limiting beliefs and behavioural changes to ensure more productive and balanced work and home lives. She is a specialist in reasonable adjustments and has 12 years experience in working with employers to identify suitable support for staff members with disabilities or long term health conditions.
